Divide your keepers into two teams, and place each team between the cones on the side. Number your players 1 through 3 on each side (or 4, or however many you have), so that both sides have the same numbers assigned to them. Serve a ball into the middle of the grid and call a number. The keepers on each side with the specified number will sprint out to the ball, and the first one to reach it is supposed to take a touch (with his feet) and try to score on the other side between the cones. The keeper second to the ball should attempt to slide into it to make a 1v1 save. If he gets the ball, he should stand up, put the ball on the ground, and attempt to score on the other team. The keeper who had the ball stripped now plays as a goalkeeper, and attempts to steal the ball back with his hands before the player can take a shot. The keepers lined up between the cones are responsible for saving any shots, but they must stay on their line (i.e., they cannot come out for a 1v1). After a shot is taken or the ball goes out of bounds, the keepers return to their respective sides and another number is called. Keep score.
