In Part 2, Form Running, Chu shares a drill progression that trains proper running form that is most conducive for optimal speed. In Part 3, he moves to start speed, which features drills that enhance an athlete's starting ability. In Part 4, Top Speed and Finishing, Chu shares drills to develop and measure top speed along with two methods that athletes can utilize for successfully completing a race or speed test.
