Podeyn has earned coaching certifications from the USSF, NSCAA, and KNVB as well as working directly with both AFC Ajax and Vitesse Arnhem. Podeyn has spent the last six years as a professional coach at the college and club levels and currently coaches Northwood University and Genesis Elite FC, both in the Dallas, Texas area. The foreword is written by Pieter Huistra. Huistra played professionally for 13 years with teams in Holland, Scotland, Japan, and Belgian. He also played for the Dutch National Team numerous times. Huistra's coaching career has included time with the Hong Kong National Team, as the U19 coach for FC Groningen in Holland and most recently as the Assistant Manager for Vitesse Arnhem of the Eredivisie.
